Glenbard West survives against DGS

An 81-yard scoring drive, propelled by a 30-yard broken play by quarterback Tyler Warden, helped Glenbard West survive a Downers Grove South comeback to take the 27-14 decision Saturday.
The Hilltoppers’ defense held Downers to only 27 yards on the ground to raise their record to 2-0.
The loss dropped Downers Grove South to 0-2 following its tough opening night loss to Bolingbrook.
