Check back every Tuesday for a look at the top performers throughout Georgia from the previous week.

B.J. Bostic, QB, Jefferson County: Bostic ran for two TDs, threw a TD pass, caught a TD pass and returned a kick for another score in a 49-14 victory over East Laurens. He was 3-for-5 for 73 yards passing, rushed five times for 66 yards, caught one pass for 32 yards and returned a kick 78 yards for another score.

Tyree Brown, QB, Adairsville: Brown rushed for 222 yards and two TDs on eight carries and completed three passes for 85 yards and a 37-yard TD in a 55-28 victory over Gordon Central. Brown scored on runs of 88 and 57 yards.

Johnson-Gainesville's Anthony Prophet

Johnson-Gainesville quarterback Anthony Prophet rushed for six touchdowns against West Hall.

David Cochran, QB, Chattahoochee County: Cochran threw TD passes of 64, 23, 13 and 20 yards, scored on a 1-yard run and ran for a 2-point conversion in a 51-33 victory over Taylor County.

Christian Davila, QB, Winder-Barrow: There haven’t been many reasons to cheer in Winder, which is 2-4, but Davila was outstanding Friday. He was 23 of 34 for a school-record 386 yards and five TDs, two weeks after throwing for 344 yards and four TDs. He threw TD passes of 62, 52, 11, 10 and 1 yard in a 48-41 victory over Monroe Area.

Hutson Mason, QB, Lassiter: Mason was 24 of 31 (77 percent) for 366 yards and four TDs, including two in the first 1:42, to lead the Trojans to a 44-7 victory over Alpharetta. Mason threw a 68-yard TD pass to open the scoring, and after Alpharetta threw an interception Mason threw a 14-yard TD pass for a quick 14-0 lead.

Chris Milton, QB, Charlton County: Milton threw for 315 yards and six TDs to lead Charlton County to a 74-28 victory over Long County. Milton, who has 19 TD passes this season, had scoring throws of 26, 24, 13, 42, 52 and 3 yards. He also scored on a 17-yard run as the Indians had 515 yards of offense.

Anthony Prophet, QB, Johnson-Gainesville: Prophet rushed for 174 yards and a school-record six TDs – four in the second half – on just 12 carries in a 49-45 victory over West Hall. Prophet scored on runs of 2, 5, 48, 20, 1 and 40 yards and helped the Knights accumulate 450 yards of total offense.

Seminole County defense: Seminole County (6-1) won its sixth consecutive game behind nine sacks of Terrell County QB Jerkerious Scott in a 28-6 victory. The Albany Herald reports Howard Stephens had three sacks and Quayshone Parks, Desmond Wright and JaQuan Johnson had two each. The Indians have two shutouts this season and have allowed just 24 points the past four games.

Shunquez Stephens, QB, West Hall: Stephens was 25 of 37 for 452 yards and six TDs in a 49-45 loss to Johnson-Gainesville. Stephens, who also had a 44-yard TD pass negated by a penalty, added 60 yards on the ground and connected with receiver Ishmail Nuckles nine times for 202 yards and four TDs.

Peyton Wilhoite, RB, North Hall: Wilhoite, a senior, rushed for 152 yards and two TDs, ran for a 2-point conversion and had 19 tackles in the Trojans’ 37-34 upset of Flowery Branch, according to the Gainesville Times.
